African Sunset Negroni

A unique cocktail made with gin, Aperol and sweet vermouth. Immerse yourself in the warmth of the African sunset with each sip.

INGREDIENTS:

30ml Gin

30ml Aperol

30ml sweet vermouth

Orange peel for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Fill a mixing glass with ice.
• Pour in the gin, Aperol, and sweet vermouth.
• Stir gently until well-chilled and properly diluted.
• Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
• Express the oils from an orange peel over the cocktail by holding it over the glass and giving it a twist.
• Drop the orange peel into the glass or use it as a garnish.
