Rooibos Old Fashioned

A delightful blend of earthy rooibos, rich bourbon and aromatic bitters. Best enjoyed over ice with an orange twist garnish.

INGREDIENTS:

60ml premium bourbon or whiskey

15ml rooibos-infused simple syrup

2 dashes aromatic bitters

Orange twist for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

• In a mixing glass, muddle the rooibos-infused simple syrup and aromatic bitters.
• Add the bourbon or whiskey and fill the glass with ice.
• Stir gently to mix the ingredients and chill the drink.
• Strain the mixture into a whiskey glass with a large ice cube.
• Express the oils from an orange twist over the glass and drop it in.
