Champagne and Hibiscus Royale

 

An elegant cocktail made with champagne, hibiscus syrup, hibiscus flowers and fresh raspberries or strawberries for garnish. Enjoy the beautiful presentation and delightful flavours of this floral cocktail.

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 bottle of champagne or sparkling wine (750ml)

1/4 cup hibiscus syrup (homemade or store-bought)

1/2 cup hibiscus flowers, preserved in syrup

Fresh raspberries or strawberries for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS:


  • In a Champagne flute, add a teaspoon of hibiscus syrup.
  • Carefully drop a preserved hibiscus flower into the flute, allowing it to open up and infuse the syrup.
  • Slowly pour chilled champagne into the flute until it's three-quarters full.
  • Garnish with a fresh raspberry or strawberry.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the beautiful presentation and delightful flavors of this champagne and Hibiscus Royale.
