Whiskey Sour Elegante

An elegant Whiskey Sour made from sophisticated flavours of high-quality rye whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white.

INGREDIENTS:

50 ml high-quality rye whiskey

22.5 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

15 ml simple syrup

1 egg white

Lemon twist, for garnish

Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

• In a cocktail shaker, combine the rye whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
• Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
• Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a lemon twist.
