Barons de Rothschild Brut Champagne is made by blending wines aged at least 3 years. On the nose, aromas of pear and nuts (almonds and fresh hazelnuts) with hints of white flowers and faint toasty notes. On entry, the palate is fruity and sweet with notes of apples and pears. Subtle hints of brioche on the mid-palate with a finish that leaves lingering toasty notes.
