A complex gin aged with applewood staves for a month to add tastes of honey, almond and vanilla. Aromatic roots and herbs, honey, earthy, slight smoke, a hint of almond and wood on the nose, followed by a layered, rounded palate of mellow roots, soft smokiness and subtle herbs. The finish is long and dry with lingering herbs.
