The Great White Rum is made using a unique adaptation of a centuries old Caribbean rum making technique. It is double distilled making it very smooth.When drinking our rum straight, one gets a distinct tropical fruit taste on the front of the palate. Overall there is a natural sweetness to the rum, making it pleasant to drink in a variety of ways. It also plays nicely with a variety of mixers, including many tonics, lemonade and ginger beer.
